LIGHTING DESIGN MANAGEMENT

Lighting management has become more critical to a project and build, not only in creation of the appropriate lighting scheme, yet managing the process, support, and coordination, as well as commercial management of contracts and expectations. Appointed on the Client Side, Light Realization is responsible in assisting the Client and Project Team in coordinating, managing the full aspects of the Lighting Design reassuring the project brief, original design and technical requirements are met, as well as assisting to coordinate project stages, lead times, purchasing and managing design changes.
